Zum Burgwall in Gross Raden

Ordered food after a wonderful trek around the Upper Lake / Wustrowsee in the Burgwall. When I picked it up, everything was perfectly packaged and delicious. The duck tastes like home, great. Hopefully soon again in the unmistakable nice atmosphere in the restaurant. ??

A really must see if you are in the area. We are on vacation and went there for dinner today, it was just great. Despite Corona we felt very safe and the food, staff and the atmosphere were just wonderful. I have to say that we eat a lot and only in restaurants with good ratings. Thank you for a perfect evening. We'll definitely be back sometime.

By far the coolest restaurant far and wide. The staff, the ambience, simply the whole concept is right! I was there for the first time today and it won't be the last! I can only recommend it

Very, very good, even with a little funny organizational tweak. But don't be put off, we ate very well.

We were on vacation in Sternberg in October and guests with 4 people eat in the restaurant. Be sure to reserve a table, the restaurant is very well booked. We would have liked to try the duck, but you have to order it in advance, which we didn't know .. So we had the schnitzel pizza which was a great pleasure ... We recommend ...

The duck was really, really tasty. My wife's salad was also really delicious and very nicely presented. Will definitely be back. The only point of criticism is the mineral water served in the glass. Shouldn't actually be. But otherwise everything was really great.

We were with 3 generations in the restaurant Zum Burgwall. The menu had something for everyone. From the children's dishes to the steak dishes to the delicious fish ... everyone was enthusiastic about the food. The dishes are lovingly arranged. The portions are big. Nobody went home hungry. The service is great! We will definitely be back!

We were just with the family at Zum Burgwall Essen, since we were in the open air museum, we reserved a table there without knowing it. Everything was just right, I can only recommend everyone to eat there, if you go on Thursdays there is even BBQ all you can eat day, my husband had it and he says it was better than it was in a long time. His steak was just how he likes it, without having to say it. The spare ribs that were there were so tender, the meat fell off the bones. People goes to Groß Raden in the Burgwall food worth every cent.

I went to Burgwall for lunch today with a friend. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for our food because the waitress made a mistake for which she apologized several times. We sat outside in wonderful weather with a view of the lake. Finally, the food was, as usual, well presented and very good, both a treat for the eyes and the palate.

A very cozy restaurant, the staff is very attentive without being intrusive. The dishes are a real eye-catcher with a lot of love and creativity. The quality is excellent and does what it says on the tin. The price performance ratio is perfect. I can really recommend it. ?????

I don `t know where to start! Whether steak, salads, side dishes, dessert, buffet or full of duck ... EVERYTHING tastes really good! Price-performance ratio is also right and the staff including the manager are very attentive and friendly. Less than five stars would be outrageous. Please continue in the same way!

Really delicious food and also very nicely presented. The staff is courteous and polite. The terrace with a view of nature is wonderful! The journey from Rostock is definitely worth it! Best regards Dirk

I couldn't get enough of your premises, the design of the website, it's just very nice with you and everything has been thought of. Very friendly and patient service team. It took us a little longer to decide because it all sounded good. Price-performance ratio was great and the food was very tasty. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars, otherwise I would have given 10. When I'm back in the area, I'll be happy to come back. Keep up the good work

We ate here during our vacation. I was very excited about the very daring compositions like the "Wikinger Schnitzel Pizza" I had one of them topped with seafood. The salad was very tasty, unfortunately the schnitzel couldn't convince me. It was very dry and the breading looked very much like a finished product. In addition, the french fries were not ready on my plate, this was not the case on the other plates. The service was very good.

Never again !!!! I told the waitress I wanted to pay. Without asking whether separately or together, she disappeared. After a long wait the waiter came with the total bill. I pointed out to him that we were not asked whether we were together or separately. We would like to pay separately, please. Then he went away without a word and nothing happened for 20 minutes. Shortly before closing, another waitress came with the separate bills. What, please, are they actually thinking? Make mistakes and still be offended, never again. The food wasn't great either, but that can happen. That we didn't have time ... that's probably the height. We were there at 7:00 p.m. as if reserved, our food came around 8:00 p.m., ok, but they close at 9:00 p.m., so 1 hour to eat and pay? And one more thing - if they come to me like that: I ordered the BBQ on the recommendation of your staff, I had made it that far at 8:30 p.m., but then I heard your waitress at the next table of the Viking group say: if you want something, now order because the kitchen wants to call it a day and they dare to reproach me for not having time, that is the summit. Just because they bask in the shade of the open-air museum, can they treat guests as they like? As tourists we thought, why not go out to eat to help the battered gastronomy a little? Never again, that's that!

We originally reserved a table inside, but because the evening weather was surprisingly good we were able to sit outside. The waitresses were all very friendly and attentive; they even asked several times whether we needed water for the dog. The food was really really delicious and so plentiful that my wife and daughter got a lot packed for the next day. It should also be noted that, among other things, there was a large selection of fritz lemonades and beers from the Stralsund brewery. Price perfectly okay. Great!

We were with you yesterday for the long-awaited "all you can eat buffet". Our expectations were fully met! The steak was tender and cooked to the point. ? The Spearribbs also a dream. Super well presented and something for every taste. I had the Mediterranean Burgwall plate for the last time, it's my absolute favorite ??. All employees are very friendly and dedicated. A great team, as a guest you can feel that you are all having a lot of fun with your work. I can only recommend you, especially to guests who want to eat at a high level. We went to the Burgwall restaurant at the weekend. It was my first time there, so my expectations were high as I had only heard positive things about it before. You have been exceeded! Everything was perfect! The price-performance ratio is great, the staff are all very nice and very attentive. The dishes and drinks are not only delicious but also a visual highlight. There are also individual dishes that are not commonplace. I can only recommend it, go eat there! We had reserved a table and at the end made the next reservation (on a Tuesday where there are burger & ribs :-P). We are looking forward!

We have been there several times and have always received a friendly welcome. The service very competent, the dishes very tasty and prepared with love. In summer you can also sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake. The restaurant is well attended, so reservations are advisable.
